Wedding Shuttle Services in the Sea to Sky Corridor including areas surrounding Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. We provide wedding transportation from Hotels and key locations to many different venues goals on the trails.
Ensure that all your wedding guests arrive on time and get home when needed, with shuttle service both before and after the wedding. Choose multiple pickup and drop off locations and set a schedule in advance so you can rest knowing everything is taken care of.
Everyone can enjoy their night knowing the transportation is covered. We like to have fun with our wedding shuttles, so plan on some good tunes to set the vibe and to keep the fun going on the way home.
We have 3 different buses available for weddings. Below is a list of sizing and pricing.
- Vehicles are subject to a 3hr min booking, per portion or rental. Eg. A min 3hr rental for the day portion and a min 3hr rental for the evening portion regardless of time used. Ei. 6hrs min of total rental time (2 x 3hr rentals). Timing starts when the bus leaves it's Squamish location, and ends when it parks back in Squamish.
- We charge a 1 x time correspondence fee of $100 which covers the initial planning and any minor schedule adjustments once the plan is set. If correspondence greatly exceeds this time, we will charge accordingly.
- There is an additional Fuel Surcharge between $50-$100/trip for locations that are outside of the general Squamish area. Eg. Whistler/Pemberton/Vancouver. The exact amount depends on location.
- A Cleaning Fee of $250 will be applied if any vomit is found in the bus.
1 x 20, 32 or 40 passenger bus
1 x 40 Passenger bus ; 1 x 32 Passenger bus for a larger group or venue slightly further away
1 x 40 Passenger bus ; 1 x 32 Passenger bus for a larger group at a venue outside of Whistler.

Yes ! We can accommodate multiple pickup locations so long as they are planned and accounted for when making the wedding shuttle schedule. Multiple locations will change timing and this needs to be calculated.
Yes, but they must be limited, part of the plan and accessible by bus. Some may be located on a dead end street, where turnaround with a bus is not possible.
Yes, of course. However, there is a 1 hour surcharge. Why? Because it takes away from our ability to provide shuttle service for a wedding that requires both day and night time transportation. Not to mention that it's extremely difficult to find drivers/employees, especially those who want to work for only 4 hours late at night time. This service pays a premium.
Yes, of course. If it's fits within the 3hour schedule for the afternoon portion of the shuttle, then this can be included into the plans. If it pushes timing above the 3hrs, then we add on the additional time needed and charge accordingly.
No, not unless you require us to be on call or doing additional trips outside of the normal plan.
