Wedding Shuttle Services in the Sea to Sky Corridor including areas surrounding Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. We provide wedding transportation from Hotels and key locations to many different venues goals on the trails.

Everyone can enjoy their night knowing the transportation is covered. We like to have fun with our wedding shuttles, so plan on some good tunes to set the vibe and to keep the fun going on the way home.

Wedding Shuttle Pricing

We have 3 different buses available for weddings. Below is a list of sizing and pricing.

40 passenger bus - $190/hr + GST
32 passenger bus - $180/hr + GST
20 passenger bus - $170/hr + GST

- Vehicles are subject to a 3hr min booking, per portion or rental. Eg. A min 3hr rental for the day portion and a min 3hr rental for the evening portion regardless of time used. Ei. 6hrs min of total rental time (2 x 3hr rentals). Timing starts when the bus leaves it's Squamish location, and ends when it parks back in Squamish.

- We charge a 1 x time correspondence fee of $100 which covers the initial planning and any minor schedule adjustments once the plan is set. If correspondence greatly exceeds this time, we will charge accordingly.

- There is an additional Fuel Surcharge between $50-$100/trip for locations that are outside of the general Squamish area. Eg. Whistler/Pemberton/Vancouver. The exact amount depends on location.

- A Cleaning Fee of $250 will be applied if any vomit is found in the bus.

Wedding Shuttle Pricing Examples

Example 1: $1,120 - $1,240+gst

1 x 20, 32 or 40 passenger bus

Transportation to/from the wedding. 6hr total. Timing starts when we depart Squamish and return to Squamish.
Guests are picked up at a few local hotels and key locations then dropped off at the venue in the Squamish/Squamish Valley area. 1 - 3 trips based on locations, numbers and timing.
Guests are returned in the evening to their respective locations over a 3hr period. Eg. 10pm, 10:45pm, 11:30pm, 12:15am would be a common schedule for a venue that's 15 min from town. Quantity of trips is based distance, and number of passengers.

Example 2 - $2,320+gst

1 x 40 Passenger bus ; 1 x 32 Passenger bus for a larger group or venue slightly further away

Transportation to/from the wedding. 6hr total. Timing starts when we depart Squamish and return to Squamish.
Guests are picked up at a few local hotels and key locations then dropped off at the venue in the Squamish/Squamish Valley area. 1 - 2 trips based on locations, numbers and timing.
Guests are returned in the evening to their respective locations over a 3hr period. Eg. Busses arriving at 11:00pm and 12:30am would be a common schedule for a venue that's 30 min from town and there's more than 1 drop off location. Or possibly staggered trips more often to allow for easy departure. Quantity of trips is based distance, and number of passenger along with venue locations. Eg 120 people at a venue up Squamish Valley. 2 bus trips with up to 72 people per trip.

Example 3 - $3630+gst

1 x 40 Passenger bus ; 1 x 32 Passenger bus for a larger group at a venue outside of Whistler.

Transportation to/from the wedding. 9hr total. Timing starts when we depart Squamish and return to Squamish for each portion.
Guests are picked up at local hotels or key locations then dropped off at the venue in the Whistler/Pemberton area. 2 trips based on locations, numbers and timing. 2pm and 3pm for example.
Guests are returned in the evening to their respective locations over a 5hr period. Eg. Busses arriving at 10:30pm and 12:00am would be a common schedule for a venue that's 30 min from town and there's more than 1 drop off location. Quantity of trips is based distance, and number of passenger along with venue locations. Eg 100 people at a venue in Pemberton or Canadian Wilderness. Timing takes into account all travel time including idle time and loading time.

Can I have more than 1 hotel pickup location ?

Yes ! We can accommodate multiple pickup locations so long as they are planned and accounted for when making the wedding shuttle schedule. Multiple locations will change timing and this needs to be calculated.

Can I have pickup and drop off at other locations? AirBNB's etc?

Yes, but they must be limited, part of the plan and accessible by bus. Some may be located on a dead end street, where turnaround with a bus is not possible.

Can I just rent the wedding shuttle for the evening hours to ensure everyone gets home?

Yes, of course. However, there is a 1 hour surcharge. Why? Because it takes away from our ability to provide shuttle service for a wedding that requires both day and night time transportation. Not to mention that it's extremely difficult to find drivers/employees, especially those who want to work for only 4 hours late at night time. This service pays a premium.

Can we use the shuttle for longer to take care of wedding photos etc?

Yes, of course. If it's fits within the 3hour schedule for the afternoon portion of the shuttle, then this can be included into the plans. If it pushes timing above the 3hrs, then we add on the additional time needed and charge accordingly.

Do you charge for idle time in between the afternoon and evening shuttle services?

No, not unless you require us to be on call or doing additional trips outside of the normal plan.
